Review of the Rural Zone of the Manawatū District Plan

The rural environment is what makes us the Manawatū.
This year Council is reviewing the Rural Zone of the Manawatū District Plan.

These plan change will affect how Hiwinui could be subdivided and the expansion of Hiwinui. So your say at these early stages really matters.

This will be of interest and important to anyone who works and lives in the Hiwinui area.
